This is the telegram in Chinese and Tibetan from Huang Musong Chairman of Mongol and Tibetan Affairs Commission to the regent Reting Rinpoche, etc. on the search of the Qubilgan of the Thirteenth Dalai Lama on the October 12, 1935. That telegram clearly stated that the historical convention about Qubilgan identification and determination by Emperor Qianlong in 1793, and expected that those including the Regent Reting Rinpoche search the Qubilgan and report the result to the central government.
