This is the letter from Jiang Jieshi President of the National Government to the Thirteenth Dalai Lama. In the letter, Jiang praised Dalai's support for the government and expressed his hope that Tibetan government and the central government should jointly handle relevant affairs to end estrangement and maintain the national unity.
